Danielle Jones

Danielle Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Currently serving as Senior Manager in the HR PMO and Senior Manager of DEI at 2U since May 2022, Danielle also holds the title of Fortune Connect Fellow at Fortune Connect since January 2023, a role focused on developing the next generation of executives. Prior to these roles, Danielle worked as Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Senior Manager at CBRE and served as Senior Program Manager for Diversity & Inclusion at Cerner Corporation. Danielle's journey at 2U began in 2011, with advancements from Application Coordinator to Senior Manager of Operations. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Virginia State University.
