Firenza Walker

Firenza Walker has extensive experience in placement management within the educational sector, currently serving as the Director of Placement at 2U since March 2015, overseeing multiple teams and fostering relationships with various stakeholders. Previous roles at 2U include Sr. Manager and Placement Manager, where responsibilities encompassed accountability for placement metrics, collaboration with university faculty, and strategic planning for student placements. Prior to joining 2U, Firenza held the position of Senior Academic Advisor at the University of Maryland University College, providing guidance to students on academic matters, and earlier experiences include a Childcare Worker role and internships focused on communications. Firenza holds a B.S. in Mass Communications from Towson University.
