Joel Torres

Joel Torres currently serves as the Enterprise Operations Manager at 2U, where responsibilities include overseeing the Education Vertical and managing day-to-day operations to meet business goals. Prior roles at 2U encompass Manager of Applicant Success Programs and Lead Application Advisor. In addition to this, Joel co-founded Dodge Sports and held the position of Sports Agent & Creative Director. Previously, Joel was a Senior Tour Guide at Franklin Pierce University, responsible for recruiting and training new guides, and served as a personal assistant to an admissions counselor. Early career experience includes roles as Shift Supervisor at UNO Restaurants, LLC, and various positions in food and beverage operations at Courtyard by Marriott and related establishments. Joel holds a Master of Science in Integrated Design, Business and Technology from the University of Southern California, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English from Franklin Pierce University, and a High School Diploma with a Business Technology Diploma from Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School.
