Matthew R. is a Central Operations Analyst at 2U since April 2018, responsible for improving departmental operations through project leadership, procedure optimization, and data centralization. Matthew R. plans and executes strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and collaborates with stakeholders to complete projects while addressing urgent data requests. Previously, Matthew R. served as a Sr. Student Success Advisor at Johnson & Wales University and held the position of Assistant Director of Student Involvement & Leadership at the University of West Florida. Additional roles include Career Services Events Intern/Experiential Education Coordinator and Student Activities Graduate Assistant. Matthew R. holds a Master of Science in Analytics from American University, a Master of Education in College Student Affairs Administration from the University of West Florida, and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Tourism, and Hospitality from the University of Northern Colorado.
