Matthew Rodgers

Matthew Rodgers is a seasoned career coaching professional with extensive experience in educational and vocational settings. Currently serving as Sr. Career Coach at 2U since July 2019, Matthew is instrumental in transforming online education and in-person boot camps through the integration of technology and data. Previously, Matthew held roles at Trilogy Education, initially as Career Director before the company was acquired by 2U, and at Cortiva Institute as National Director of Career Services, where Matthew focused on placement rates as key metrics of student success. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Steiner Leisure Limited and the Utah College of Massage Therapy, where Matthew oversaw clinical operations and student internship programs, further complemented by roles in student services and academic advising. Matthew Rodgers holds degrees from the University of Utah and Weber State University.
