Richard Grad

Richard Grad serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Litigation at MGA Entertainment, responsible for managing worldwide litigation and advising senior management on legal and risk management issues. Additionally, Richard holds positions as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Southern California and Head Program Instructor at Northwestern University, focusing on organizational change, data law, and business strategy. Previously, Richard was the Global Chief Litigation Counsel at GE Aerospace, where oversight of global litigation was performed, including high-stakes commercial disputes. Richard's extensive legal experience includes a long tenure as a partner at Sidley Austin LLP, leading complex litigation for Fortune 500 companies. Richard holds a Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California, an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a JD from Northeastern University, and a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from UCLA.
