Rory O'Neill

Rory O'Neill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in admissions counseling and educational support. Currently serving as a Senior Admissions Counselor at 2U since January 2020, Rory recruits qualified prospective students for online graduate programs, guides them through the admissions process, manages reporting metrics, and trains new team members. Previously, as the Head of Residence Advisors and DSO at EF International Language Campuses, responsibilities included supervising a team, managing suppliers for safety and services, and advising on F-1 visa matters. Rory also worked as an Essay Coordinator at Daquiprafora Intercambio e Turismo, assisting students with university applications, and was involved in athletics as both an Athletic Coordinator and ESL Teacher in Brazil. Educational qualifications include a Master of Global Business Administration from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Wesleyan University.
