Sarah (Hagelin) Kern is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in higher education and human resources. Currently serving as Vice President & General Manager at 2U since May 2015, Sarah is responsible for partnership growth, strategic planning, and ensuring successful student outcomes while managing relationships with top-tier universities. Prior to this role, Sarah held various leadership positions at Syracuse University, including Senior Program Director and Assistant Dean of Student & Faculty Services, where significant contributions were made to program development and student support. Sarah's career also includes critical roles at The Hartford and Accenture, focusing on human resources strategy and operational improvement. Sarah holds a B.S. and an MBA from Syracuse University.
