Ashley Love

Ashley Love has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in finance and accounting. Ashley is currently serving as a Fractional CFO and Finance and M&A Consultant since March 2023. Prior to that, Ashley worked at Defiance Ventures as a Chief Operating Officer from August 2021 to December 2022, and as a Chief Financial Officer from July 2020 to December 2022. Ashley also held various positions at Driven Brands, Inc., including Director of M&A from January 2019 to July 2020, Controller from December 2017 to January 2019, Director of Finance for Take 5 from July 2017 to January 2019, and Business Unit Controller for Repair & Maintenance from October 2016 to December 2017. Before that, Ashley was a Senior Accountant at Modernizing Medicine from March 2015 to October 2016. Ashley started their career as a Senior Audit Assistant at Deloitte from September 2013 to March 2015. Ashley also worked as an Accountant at Boisseau, Felicione, & Assoc. from May 2011 to August 2013 and as a Graduate Assistant at Florida Atlantic University from January 2012 to May 2013. Ashley began their professional journey as a Bookkeeper at Steven H. Machiela, CPA from December 2010 to April 2011.

Ashley Love obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University from 2007 to 2011. Ashley then pursued further education and completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Accounting at the same institution from 2012 to 2013.
