Cris Alison Gutierrez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Cris Alison began their career in 2006 as a Quality Tester at Banco de Crédito BCP, where they were responsible for developing and executing testing scenarios. Cris Alison then moved on to Banco Falabella Perú as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they reviewed specifications and performed various types of testing.

In 2010, Gutierrez joined Mibanco as a Senior Software Quality Engineer, collaborating closely with software development teams and product managers to understand requirements and develop test plans. Cris Alison also worked at ACYDE as a Senior Business Process Analyst, analyzing core business processes, creating documentation, and providing guidance to developers and testers.

At Verizon, Gutierrez held multiple roles, including MTS III CSL-System Engineer and MTS II-Cslt-System Engineer. Cris Alison played a pivotal role in developing solutions to improve module quality and customer satisfaction. Cris Alison also coordinated between IT departments and reduced the number of tickets in the queue.

Gutierrez then joined IBM as an IT Specialist-Business Analyst, where they presented improvements in the security portal and trained teams on integration and new features. Most recently, they worked at 2ULaundry as a Scrum Master and IT Specialist-Software Quality Assurance, contributing to the agile development process.

Cris Alison Gutierrez has a diverse education history. In 2015 and 2016, they pursued a Certification in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Florida International University. During the same period, Cris also obtained a Postgraduate in Management of Telecommunication from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Prior to this, from 2008 to 2012, Cris completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the same university.

In terms of additional certifications, Cris holds numerous qualifications. In 2013, they obtained an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN your ICT competence partner. In 2016, Cris earned an Agile Scrum Certificate (ASF) from the same institution. In 2017, they obtained several ITIL® certifications, including ITIL® Service Strategy Certificate (ITILSS), ITIL® Service Design Certificate (ITILSD), ITIL® Service Transition Certificate (ITILST), ITIL® Planning, Protection and Optimization Certificate (ITILPPO), ITIL® Managing Across the Lifecycle Certificate (ITILMLC), and ITIL® Expert Certificate in IT Service Management (ITILEXP). In 2017, Cris also obtained an ITIL® Continual Service Improvement Certificate (ITILCSI) from EXIN your ICT competence partner.

Their most recent certification is a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential obtained in March 2021 from the Project Management Institute. Before that, in June 2020, they became a certified Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) through Scrum.org.
