Mattia Caltagirone

Mattia Caltagirone has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2012. Mattia started as a Deputy Project Manager & Business Analyst at Delta Ti Research c/o Erg Spa, where they were responsible for project budget and costs monitor & control, contract management, stakeholder management, support to project planning and control through WBS and Gantt Chart, support to IP management, market analysis, competitive landscape, business modeling, support to identification of potential partners and suppliers, and support to the development of the go-to-market strategy. Mattia also worked as a Deputy Project Manager at Dyepower c/o Erg Spa, where they were responsible for development of innovation projects about non-conventional energy technologies and energy efficiency, with special regard to Organic PV, Nanotechnology and Energy Harvesting, Energy Storage, and Wave Energy. In 2016, they began working as a Partner & COO at GEC - Giochi Elettronici Competitivi, the largest Italian Esports network, where they gathered all the different stakeholders of the competitive gaming scene and provided them with a one-stop source for all Esports needs. Mattia also worked as a Researcher at ANEV (Italian Wind Energy Association). In 2020, they became a Co-founder at 2WATCH.

Mattia Caltagirone received their Bachelor Degree in Economics and Management from the University of Rome Tor Vergata in 2009. Mattia then went on to receive their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics and Management from the same university in 2011.
