Jodi Wincheski is a seasoned professional in casting and business development, currently serving as a Facilitator at 2Win! since March 2021, where the focus is on delivering innovative training services for sales and customer service teams. Previously, Jodi operated as a Business Development Executive and Owner at Casting Reality, guiding individuals to enhance their reality audition videos. A notable casting producer, Jodi worked with CBS Corporation from 2009 to March 2020, contributing to 22 seasons of Survivor and multiple seasons of The Amazing Race. Additional roles include casting producer positions with Kinetic Content and One Louder Productions, along with experience in contestant coordination and recruitment for various reality shows. Jodi holds multiple Bachelor’s degrees in Business Management from the University of San Diego, Loyola University New Orleans, and Point Loma Nazarene University.
