Justin Thompson

Justin Thompson serves as the Deputy Director of the Security & Construction Management Division at BCF Solutions, leading operations for electronic security system design and overseeing programs for multiple government agencies. As the Chief Executive Officer and Principal at 2Xalt, Justin provides operational excellence consulting and executive coaching to foster high-performance operations in small to mid-size organizations. With previous roles in senior leadership, including Vice President Operations at EIZO Rugged Solutions and President & COO at Sentry View Systems, Justin has a strong track record of driving operational improvements and strategic initiatives in the defense and security sectors. Justin holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an Executive Certificate in Leadership and Management from MIT Sloan School of Management, supplemented by certifications in business coaching.
