Filipe da Silva Teixeira has a diverse work experience. Filipe started their career in 2007 as a Freelance Photographer at DNA Design, where they worked on video photography assignments for outdoor and online campaigns. Filipe then co-founded MacDesign in 2011, where they served as the Co-Founder until 2013. In 2013, they also worked as an Independent Business Owner at Interaction Online.

From 2010 to 2018, Filipe worked at 3 Danmark, where they held various roles. Filipe started as a Customer Sales & Retention Specialist, handling inbound sales and retention. Filipe then expanded their responsibilities to include coaching, coordination, process optimization, and ad hoc tasks. During their time there, they consistently achieved 112% of sales and retention targets and received multiple employee of the month awards. Filipe was also the first multi-skilled employee in Customer Service.

At 3 Danmark, they progressed to become a Teamleader for Retention Outbound and a Project Manager for Business Sales. Filipe later became a Sales Manager for Partner Sales & Indirect Sales, leading a team of 35 employees and managing partner sales in Denmark and Spain. Finally, they served as the Head of Sales, overseeing Inside Sales, Partner Sales & Indirect Sales, and the SoHo market. Filipe was responsible for business support, costumer management, and own stores.

Outside of their work at 3 Danmark, Filipe was a Board Member for liberal organizations Liberal Alliance and Liberal Alliances Ungdom from 2016 to 2018. Filipe also worked part-time as a Teamleader for Outbound at Sex & Samfund / Danish Family Planning Association from 2013 to 2014.

Filipe da Silva Teixeira completed their HD, 1. Del degree in Samfundsøkonomi, statistik, dataanalyse at Copenhagen Business School from 2013 to 2015. Following that, they pursued a Merkonom (AF Degree in Business) at Copenhagen Business Academy from 2015 to 2017, focusing on Erhvervsøkonomi, Markedsføring, salgspsykologi, International Handel.
