Henrik Christoffersen

Henrik Christoffersen has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, having worked at 3 Danmark since November 2006 in various roles including Billing and Collection Specialist, Store Controller, Training Consultant, Senior Solutions Consultant, and Customer Care Agent. Key responsibilities include teaching system and product knowledge, coaching new employees, handling customer complaints, and providing customer service support.
