Mike Harting

Mike Harting has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mike started their career as a General Manager at Steak & Ale from August 1991 to August 1995. Following this, they joined Outback Steakhouse as a Joint Venture Partner from August 1995 to February 2009. In 2009, Mike became the Owner of Bella Brava and held the position until March 2014. From January 2013 onwards, they took on the role of CEO at 3 Daughters Brewing. Since January 2016, Mike has also been an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Florida, where they teach a module on opening a brewery as part of the Brewing Arts Program. Additionally, they served as the President of the Florida Brewers Guild from May 2019 to May 2022.

Mike Harting attended Shorecrest Preparatory from 1979 to 1987. Mike then enrolled at the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1987 to 1989, where they earned an AA degree. Mike further pursued their education at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 1989 to 1991, obtaining a degree in Management with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General.
