Scott Mendez

Scott Mendez has over two decades of experience in sales and management roles at 3 Day Blinds. Scott started in 1998 as a District Manager, overseeing sales activities in different locations. Scott then progressed to become the Director of Field Support, responsible for coordinating lead generation and managing outbound calling campaigns. In 2007, they were promoted to VP of Sales Support, where they led a centralized customer contact center and focused on improving customer experiences. In 2011, they became the Vice President of Sales, working closely with the Senior Vice President to drive exceptional performance and client satisfaction. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Sales and is responsible for managing a national sales force and achieving revenue goals across the company's product lines. Scott also leads the retention and recruitment efforts of talented professionals in the Window Treatment Design field.
