James Rogers is the CEO and Co-Founder of 3 Enrollment Marketing. James has extensive experience in marketing and product strategy, having previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Hobsons and Ruffalo Noel Levitz.

At Hobsons, Rogers led corporate strategy and all marketing functions to rapidly advance Hobsons’ vision of lifetime student success. James then took on the role of Chief Marketing Officer / Product Strategy & Corp. Development at Ruffalo Noel Levitz, where they were responsible for the company’s strategic plan designed to improve higher-ed student recruitment, retention and alumni giving.

During their time at Ruffalo Noel Levitz, Rogers launched a number of new products focused on recruiting specific student populations and raising large gifts from selected alumni segments. Thanks to these new products and Rogers’ persuasive marketing, the company had a record year for new business.

In their current role at 3 Enrollment Marketing, Rogers is using their wealth of knowledge to help others reach their enrollment goals.

James Rogers has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Central Florida, an M.A. in Liberal Studies/Public Policy from Georgetown University, and Executive Education in Business Dynamics from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
