In 2006, Hodge took on the role of Director of Television at Voice of America. russ is currently the Founder, President and Executive Producer of 3 Roads Communications, Inc., a Washington-area TV and video production company that produces and distributes Public TV series, documentaries and specials.

Russ Hodge attended Baruch College from 1980 to 1984, where they studied Arts Administration.
