Adam Kniec

At Integrity Gaming Corp., Adam was responsible for the timely preparation and filing with Canadian regulatory authorities of annual and quarterly financial statements and MD&As. Adam was also responsible for the design and implementation of internal controls, tax compliance, and managing accounting departments for a number of subsidiaries with offices in Canada and the USA. Furthermore, they were responsible for consolidation, financial statement preparation, and audits of 5 private Canadian and US companies that successfully completed a reverse takeover acquisition with a TSX-V listed company on May 9, 2014. Additionally, they were responsible for consolidation, financial statement preparation, and audits of 3 private US companies with U$10 million of annual revenue that successfully completed a U$10 million business acquisition on July 19, 2015. Currently, Integrity generates over U$15 million of revenue per year and has approximately 35 employees.

Adam Kniec is a CPA (Charterred Professional Accountant) who has studied accounting and finance at the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada), the Board of Examiners University of Illinois, USA, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC, Canada. Adam also has an Accounting Diploma from Langara College, BC, Canada.
