Shannon Hann is an experienced business owner and marketing professional with a diverse background in fitness, hospitality, and real estate. Since 2014, Shannon has been the Owner/Operator of 30 Minute Hit™, a pioneering fitness concept designed specifically for women. Prior experience includes roles as Marketing Manager for Market Restaurant by Jean-Georges, where Shannon drove brand awareness and maintained industry relationships, and as a Marketing Coordinator for CNSX Markets Inc., overseeing major rebranding initiatives. Additional experience encompasses project management in social media for the StandUp4GreatBear Expedition and administrative responsibilities in legal and property management environments. Shannon holds an Honours Bachelor in Community Health Science from Brock University.
