Kevin Liles is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the music and entertainment industry. As the CEO, Chairman of the Board, and Co-Founder of 300 Ent since 2017, Kevin oversees key operations and drives innovative growth initiatives amidst industry changes. Founder and CEO of KWL Enterprises since 2009, Kevin specializes in personalized brand management services for emerging artists and high-profile clients. Previously, Kevin served as Executive Vice President at Warner Music Group, introducing new revenue models during uncertain times, and held various leadership roles at Island Def Jam Music Group from 1991 to 2004, addressing complex industry challenges. Kevin is a graduate of Morgan State University.
