Faye Shepherd is a seasoned professional in client account management with extensive experience in the recruitment sector. Currently serving as the Director of Client Accounts at 300 North since December 2017, Faye drives growth by fostering close partnerships with clients, delivering market insights, and improving recruitment strategies. Previously, as a Regional Director at 300 North, Faye developed relationships with facilities management and construction companies in the North East and Scotland. Faye's career also includes significant roles at Randstad CPE, where responsibilities included managing major accounts and ensuring optimum recruitment opportunities, and at Hays Construction & Property, focusing on account management and team leadership. Faye holds a BA/BSc degree in German and Psychology from the University of Sunderland.
