Paul Connolly has over 10 years of experience in various roles within the recruitment industry. Paul began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Select Education in 2004 and worked there until 2006. Paul then joined Randstad CPE as a Branch Manager, where they were responsible for FM recruitment across the UK, specifically in hard and soft services. Paul managed the Manchester branch from 2009 to 2012 and the Leeds branch from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, Paul became the Chief Executive Officer of 300 North, where they currently hold the position.
