Erik Polyak

Erik Polyak serves as the Managing Director at 314 Action since January 2017, leading the organization's growth and efforts to elect scientists and STEM leaders nationally, overseeing the successful fundraising of over $60 million from more than 500,000 grassroots donors. Previously, Polyak held positions such as Director of Campaigns at 314 Action, where responsibilities included candidate recruitment, political strategy, and organizational budgeting. Additional experience includes serving as Finance Director and Deputy Finance Director for the Illinois Democratic Coordinated Campaign, managing the campaign for Shaughnessy Naughton for Congress, and holding various roles in Tammy Duckworth's congressional campaigns. Erik Polyak earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Political Science - Public Service from the University of California, Davis.
