Susan McFarlane is the Head of Marketing, Communications and Business Development at various businesses related to the pensions industry. She leads a team of professionals in marketing and business development. Additionally, she serves as a Non Executive Director at Living Streets, a national charity for everyday walking, where she chairs the Living Streets Services Board. Susan has a background in marketing and PR consulting, as well as corporate marketing management at various organizations. She holds a MA Hons degree in International Relations with Russian and an Advanced Certificate in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
