Camille Bernard

Camille Bernard is the Head of People and Culture at 321, focusing on strategy, performance, and operations within scale-up and early-stage environments. Currently, Camille drives people strategies for multiple startups, including 1POINT6, Stables, and Mūcho, while supporting 321 in creating optimal work environments for talent. Previously, Camille held leadership roles in talent acquisition at Younited and was a senior consultant at Fed IT, specializing in IT recruitment. Camille earned a Licence in Law from Université de Rennes I and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from ESA3 in Paris.
