Joady Lohr

Joady Lohr is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People Operations & Administration at Omidyar Network since January 2020, Joady previously held several key positions at Wikimedia Foundation from 2012 to 2020, including VP of HR and Director of Human Resources. Prior roles also include Director of Human Resources at Business for Social Responsibility from 2007 to 2011, HR Manager at San Francisco Opera in 2007, HR & Payroll Manager at IDEO from 1998 to 2006, and Human Resources Associate at Ischemia Research & Education Foundation from 1993 to 1998. Joady holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA.
