Malgorzata Gapinska

Malgorzata (Gosia) Gapinska, CBAP, serves as the Director of Information Management at Building Service 32BJ Benefit Funds, where responsibilities include delivering health, retirement, legal, and training benefits to over 110,000 members and their families, alongside business analysis and operational support. Previously, Malgorzata held various roles, including Assistant Director of IT, where strategic technology goals were established and a team of analysts was led for project implementation. As President of the International Institute of Business Analysis - NYC Chapter from 2012 to 2017, Malgorzata fostered a community for business analysis professionals. Earlier experiences include project management and analyst roles at 32BJ and Knoa Software, contributing to significant system enhancements and software releases. Academic credentials include studies at Beijing Language and Culture University, Brooklyn College, and the University of Lodz.
