Victor Khangulov

Director Of Data Strategy at 32BJ Benefit Funds

Victor Khangulov has a diverse work experience in various industries. Victor started their career as a Software Engineer at NLX in 2001 and worked there until 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Rockwell Collins, where they designed and built flight simulators and developed software for aircraft systems. In 2005, they joined Johns Hopkins University as a Postdoctoral Fellow and later became a Ph.D. Candidate, working there until 2012.

In 2012, Victor joined Boston Strategic Partners as a Senior Consultant and later served as an Engagement Manager and Principal. Victor worked there until 2018. In 2016, they also founded their own company, BX Consulting LLC, where they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer.

Since 2018, Victor has been working at Building Service 32BJ Benefit Funds. Victor initially served as the Assistant Director of Health Fund Analytics and currently holds the position of Director of Health Fund Analytics.

Victor Khangulov holds a Ph.D. in Biophysics, which they obtained from The Johns Hopkins University. Victor pursued their doctoral studies in Biophysics from 2005 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary's College of Maryland, where they majored in Chemistry and Computer Science. Victor completed their undergraduate studies at St. Mary's College from 1996 to 2000.
