Dhereck Gomez

Dhereck grew up on the Northside of Chicago (Albany Park neighborhood) where he attended Gordon Tech High School and then went on to Carthage College. Dhereck started as a leasing agent at 33 Realty in 2012 and transitioned to the investment brokerage team in 2017. Since joining the investment brokerage team, Dhereck has closed a total of $15M where he sourced and sold the buildings to his clients. Dhereck's ability to source off-market deals allows his investors to expand their portfolios without competition. Dhereck investment brokerage experience allows him to structure strong competitive offers for his buyers and sell houses at the highest price in the lowest amount of time for his sellers. Outside of work Dhereck enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys traveling and playing soccer.
