Carolyn A. MacKenzie

A veteran in legal technology, Carolyn has more than 30 years of experience, training and helping clients with Time Billing and Practice Management technology. She was originally drawn to the industry when IT was strongly gaining ground across all industries. Following her gut into this particular role enabled her to indulge her passion for working with a diverse clientele. Carolyn joined 3545 Consulting in 2010. She comes alongside clients at various practices, to ensure they select the right product(s) to improve work processes. As a part of the Applications team, she demonstrates selected options, determines customizations necessary for firm specifications, and trains employees on the selected software and/or applications.
