From 2009 to 2017, they were the Owner of Payment Processing MSP/ISO, a division of 360 BizVue, Inc., where they used analytics to help merchants understand the best locations online, the best days of the week, and the best time of the day to interact with their ideal customers. From 2008 to 2009, they were the Managing Partner of WSB Analytics. From 2004 to 2008, they were the Principal of CGN Global. From 1999 to 2004, they were the Data & Information Systems Release Manager at State Farm.

Wayne S. Bell has a varied educational history. Wayne S. attended the PAF-Karachi Institute of Economics & Technology before joining the United States Air Force, where they earned a Master's degree in Digital Communication and Cyptology. Following their time in the Air Force, they attended the University of Maryland, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 1999, they returned to the MIT Sloan School of Management to receive Executive Certificates in Business Administration, Management and Operations. In 2009, they completed a Certification in Payment Processing Agency Management at First Data. Most recently, in 2018, they completed a Certificate of Completion in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
