Jean-Marie Perrot

Prior to joining 360 Capital, Jean-Marie worked in CFO services department at IQEQ Paris for more than one year where he was in charge of the outsourced finance division for private equity funds and management companies.

He has also worked for PwC during 7 years. First as Financial auditor specialized in Financial Services where he led the audit of large listed group such as Credit Agricole as well as management companies. He then joined PwC’s Transaction Services department, working mainly for investment funds and major clients. He has notably worked several times for Société Générale and Amundi Asset Management, on acquisitions and disposals of majority and minority shareholdings.

He holds a Master in Management from Skema Business School as well as an Audit and Finance Master from Lille II University
