Gabriela McNeil, CMP, currently serves as the Director of Operations at 360 Destination Group since May 2022, with a background that includes various roles in event and property management. Gabriela has held positions such as Operations Manager at 360 Destination Group, Event Guide at Universal Orlando Resort, and Assistant Property Manager at Southeastern Property Management LLC. Additional experience includes roles as Sales Account Manager and Senior Meeting Planner, showcasing expertise in sales, marketing, and event coordination across multiple organizations, including Technisch Creative, A-Plus Meetings & Incentives, and Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport. Gabriela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal/Organizational Communications from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts from Valencia College.
