Jillian then worked as an Operations Coordinator at Oxeye Floral Co. from 2017 to 2018, where they played a crucial role in the growth of the business. Following that, they became the Manager of Operations at Oxeye Floral Co. from 2018 to 2019, working directly with the company owner and adapting to different roles. Jillian also worked as a Social Media Coordinator at Simply Modern Marketing from 2019 to 2020, where they tailored social media posts for clients to highlight their products and brand. Jillian then transitioned to JOEY Restaurant Group as a Customer Service Representative from 2018 to 2022, where they excelled in direct sales and daily operations. Continuing their career progression, Jillian worked as a Business Relations Manager at Vantedge from 2020 to 2022, showcasing their strong business development skills.
