Jennifer Lastra has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Jennifer began their career as an Electrician in the US Navy from 1997 to 2001. From 2002 to 2008, they worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Sr. Operations Coordinator & Financial Analyst. Jennifer then joined Harris Corporation in 2008, where they held the position of Territory Sales Manager and Program Manager until 2013. Afterwards, they worked at Aviation Specialties Unlimited as the VP of Sales and Business Development from 2013 to 2015. Currently, Jennifer serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of 360 Immersive, LLC, a company that provides innovative training solutions for safety-conscious organizations.

Jennifer Lastra earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Averett University in the period from 2002 to 2004. Jennifer then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they obtained an Executive Certificate in Leadership for Women from Hollins University in 2012 and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2011.
