Pierre Lafarge

Pierre Lafarge has a diverse work experience history. Pierre started their career as a Chef de rang at the Royal Shakespeare Company and later worked as a Chef de rang at the Peach Pub Company. Pierre then transitioned into the role of a Product Manager at Essilor Prescription Safety Eyewear, where they participated in the creation of a new national market for prescription safety eyewear. After that, they worked as an Account Executive and Event & Marketing Coordinator at Beekast. Pierre also had experience as a Consultant junior in services immobilier at INTERFACE, where they were involved in the transformation of office buildings into vibrant spaces. Pierre later worked as a Sales Manager at Malou - Food Influencer Marketing, helping restaurants acquire online customers. Prior to their current position, Pierre worked as a Consultant in recruitment for Lobster Hospitality & Food service, where they specialized in the hospitality and food service industries. Currently, Pierre works as a Consultant in recruitment (tech) at SKILLINK, focusing on IT, R&D, and digital marketing roles. Pierre is responsible for the entire recruitment process, including client needs assessment, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management.
