Joel Scardelli

Joel Scardelli has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and insurance industries. Joel currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at 360 Smarter Care, where they utilize Artificial Intelligence technology to reduce healthcare costs and improve chronic disease management. Additionally, as the President of Digital Consumerism, LLC, Joel develops customized video content for employers to engage and support their employees. Joel is also a Founding Member of Remember Our Military, an organization that connects active duty service members and veterans with nearby families for holiday meals. Prior to these roles, Joel worked as a Vice President at USI Insurance Services, focusing on human resources and bringing an unbiased perspective to support excellence. Joel also held various roles at Sun Life Financial, where they were responsible for sales and retention of group insurance products.
