Henning Schmidt

Since 2011, Henning Schmidt has gained extensive work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Henning started as a Working Student in Controlling/IT at GLOBALFOUNDRIES in 2011 and then worked as a Working Student in Tax/Human Capital at EY from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Spread Group where they held multiple roles including Working Student in Controlling, Financial Controller, and Manager of Payment & Fraud. At Spread Group, they formed a strong team of fraud analysts and payment experts, and their responsibilities expanded to include treasury tasks, evaluation and financing of M&A transactions, and post-merger integration. Henning later joined Raylytic in 2020 as Head of Finance, where they served until 2023. Most recently, they became the Head of Finance at 360dialog, a company specializing in WhatsApp performance marketing and newsletter software.

Henning Schmidt completed their Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftswissenschaften at Technische Universität Dresden from 2008 to 2012. Henning then pursued their Master of Science in Economics at the same institution from 2012 to 2015. In between, from 2010 to 2011, they attended Latvijas Universitate, focusing on Economics, although no degree was mentioned.
