Andrew Hanna

Andrew Hanna has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Andrew is currently working as the Senior Director of Technology Operations at 360insights, where they provide leadership and guidance to the Technology Operations teams. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Technology Operations at the same company. Andrew has also served as the Senior Manager of App Support, SWAT, Client Services, and Special Projects, as well as the SWAT Practice Lead at 360insights.

Before joining 360insights, Andrew worked as a C2IS Expert at Calian and as a Solutions Architect at CIBC. Andrew also had a role as a System Manager Instructor at Calian, where they supported the day-to-day operations of the Training Network Operations Centre and mentored system administrators remotely. Additionally, they worked at Thales as an FSR SMI, mentoring system managers and administrators at the Signals School and managing a team of technical professionals.

Earlier in their career, Andrew worked at CIBC as a Technical Support Specialist and Assistant Systems Administrator, where they gained valuable experience in IT support and system administration.
