Grant Gervais

As VP of Business Operations, Grant is a leader mandated to align many individual organizational units into a greater team driven to a shared strategic vision. He is motivated by 360insights’ core commitment of making a difference in the lives of others through the interactions and professional development within our company and extending outward globally through 360insights’ many charitable endeavors. Grant began his career at 360insights in Finance before expanding his area of responsibilities into Operations.

Grant earned a BA in Accounting from Laurentian University and holds a CPA, CGA professional accounting designation.

Grant lives in Oshawa with his wife Amanda and 2 children. As a proud family man, he enjoys an active lifestyle while sharing that passion by introducing his kids to various recreational activities.
