Inna Davidov

Inna Davidov has a diverse work history with extensive experience in application support and team leadership. Inna started their career at AAS Inc. as a Web Developer from 1999 to 2006. Following that, they worked at Pitney Bowes as a Senior Web Developer, where they reviewed project specifications, developed tracking systems, and collaborated with clients to gather requirements from 2006 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Tecra Systems as a Senior Web Developer/Team Lead until 2018. At Tecra Systems, they worked on various web development projects and led a team.

In 2018, Inna joined 360insights.com as a System Team Lead. In this role, they led the migration of a Co-Op/MDF advertising administration product, managed remote development and QA teams, and communicated tasks and requirements to teams daily. Inna then transitioned to the role of Scrum Master/Team Leader, where they led a team in transitioning to Agile development practices and coached and mentored the team to deliver quality products. In their most recent role at 360insights.com, they served as the Team Lead for Application Support Analysts, troubleshooting and resolving application issues, identifying and documenting client business requirements, and managing support incidents and requests. Overall, Inna has shown strong technical and leadership skills throughout their career.

Inna Davidov has a Master of Science in Business Information Technology (MSBIT) from Walsh College, which they completed from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Math and Physics from Azerbaijan State University, which they completed from 1985 to 1990. Inna also has additional certifications as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute.
