Jenn Reed has a diverse array of work experience in the marketing and training fields. Jenn has held various roles in different companies, demonstrating their expertise and versatility. Currently, they are the VP of Channel Marketing at 360insights.com, where they lead strategic initiatives and oversees a team of channel marketers and consultants. Prior to this, they worked at Channel Maven Consulting as the Chief Operating Officer and later as the VP of Consulting and Operations, providing consultation and best practices in marketing communications for IT and Telecom vendors. Before that, they served as the SMB Product Marketing Director at VTech, where they focused on channel marketing, eCommerce, and sales training. Jenn also held positions at Panasonic Corporation, Teltronics, Inc., Vertical Communications, Alta Vista Elementary School, and Comdial Corporation, where they gained experience in training development, customer service, product marketing, and management. Their extensive background and expertise make their a valuable asset in the marketing industry.
Jenn Reed completed their undergraduate education at the University at Albany, SUNY from 1990 to 1994, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on MIS and Marketing. In 2005, they attended Florida Southern College for a year to study Instructional Technology, and in 2004-2005, they studied Early Education at LSU Shreveport. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications such as "Realistic Strategies to Talk about Mental Health at Work" and "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn in 2023, as well as an "IPED Channel - Social Media" certification in 2012.
