Jordan Graham has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2022 onwards, Jordan worked at 360insights.com, starting as an IT Specialist and eventually becoming a Team Lead in 2023. Previously, in 2022, they worked as a Field Technician at MBI I.T. Services.
Before that, Jordan worked at Durham College starting in 2019. Their roles at Durham College included IT Assistant, Information Technology Student, and Computer Support Technician. In these roles, Jordan worked with a ticketing system to track and resolve IT issues, installed and maintained hardware and software for end users, and diagnosed and resolved issues.
In 2019, Jordan briefly owned and worked at Teaching International Recruitment. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2019, they worked at Wall Street English China, initially as a Foreign Trainer and later as a Service Manager and District Service Manager. As a Service Manager, Jordan managed a team, led a curriculum update project, and achieved financial and student satisfaction targets.
In 2008, Jordan worked as the Director of Studies at Ju Ren Natural English. From 2004 to 2008, they were the Owner/Operator of Mayflower Cafe Lounge Bar. In 2003, Jordan worked as an English Second Language Teacher at EF Education First Teachers. And from 2001 to 2003, they were an Assistant Manager at The Kings' Arms Pub and Hotel & The Bushranger Pub.
Jordan Graham attended Durham College from 2019 to 2022, where they earned an Advanced Diploma with Honours in Computer Systems Technology. They have also obtained various certifications, including CompTIA A+, Networking Academy Learn-A-Thon 2021 from Cisco, Introduction to Cybersecurity from Cisco, and Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from Global TESOL College.
