Catherine De La Poer

Catherine is a leadership coach, with a 20+ year career in senior commercial roles, within the media and recruitment industries. She has extensive experience working in start-ups/ fast growth businesses and generating revenue and profit from scratch.

Pragmatic, reflective, with a commercial edge, best describe her coaching style. Catherine works with clients to motivate, build confidence and generate ideas to move their careers and businesses forward. Emotional intelligence (EQ) forms the centre piece of her coaching approach.

Catherine’s early career began in B2B publishing, where she worked for the multi-award winning Human Resources Magazine, as well as overseeing the successful launch of Global HR Magazine. Catherine was part of the founding team for the multi-million dollar technology start-up, Vibrant Media. She was a key member of its global management team and enjoyed a successful 8-year tenure, growing the European and North American businesses.

More recently, she completed her postgraduate certificate in business and personal coaching, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
