Mike has been Leading, coaching, mentoring and supporting business leaders and senior managers for over 20 years. Having acquired, grown, led, rationalized and turned around a number of small and large businesses & divisions, as SD, MD and latterly as HR & PD Director (for a FTSE 100 technology services company), Mike has always focused on developing the single most important asset within each organization – the people.
Mike has delivered high impact, long-term coaching support and strategic, growth focused, facilitation and consultancy projects for a range of small, medium and large technology focused clients. As well as being a trained Cognitive Behavior Coach, Hogan Assessor, Growth Coach, visiting coach for InnovationRCA, MBA educated, FA coach and cricket coach, Mike voluntarily provides mentoring support for start-ups.
