Viva Haarsma

Viva Haarsma has a comprehensive background in human resources and people management, currently serving as the People Strategy and Transformation Manager and Deputy Head of HR Focus People & Culture at 360 Trading Networks. Previously, Viva held the position of HR Manager and Deputy Head of HR in the same focus area, along with experience as an Office Manager where responsibilities included HR and finance. Prior to this role, Viva was a Conference Manager at Management Circle AG. Educationally, Viva holds a Diplom-Kauffrau degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Goethe University Frankfurt, earned between 2002 and 2006.
