Darren Mike

Darren Mike began their work experience as a Veteran in the United States Air Force from October 1989 to July 1996. Darren then worked at Omaha World-Herald, first as an Assistant Account Executive from July 2002 to July 2003, and later as an Account Executive from July 2003 to March 2013, where they successfully managed advertising territory revenue and developed strong client relationships. From April 2013 to March 2020, Darren served as a Digital Revenue Project Manager at BH Media Group. Darren was responsible for spearheading interdepartmental project development and implementing workflow system transitions. From March 2020 to April 2022, Darren worked as an Email Marketing Manager at Lee Enterprises, where they generated business development through strategic email marketing campaigns and collaborated with various teams to ensure customer expectations were met. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Email Marketing Specialist at 360training, starting in September 2022.

Darren Mike obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Journalism with a focus on Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Darren attended the university from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their degree, Darren has earned several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include Email Marketing from HubSpot Academy, Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn, E-Commerce Admin from Second Street (obtained in 2015), Contest Sales and Contest Sales Planning from Second Street (both obtained in 2014), and Daily Deal Sales from Second Street (obtained in 2014).
