Zeeshan Tariq

Zeeshan Tariq has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance. Zeeshan started their career as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Abacusoft in 2006, where they tested various desktop and web-based applications, documented test cases, and conducted different types of testing. Zeeshan also handled software quality assurance issues for US clients and performed cross-browser testing.

In 2007, Zeeshan joined 360 Training, Karachi as an SQA Engineer Level III. Zeeshan was responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining test plans and scenarios for desktop and web-based applications. Zeeshan also conducted daily scrum meetings, provided progress summaries to managers, and collaborated with software development teams.

From 2010 to 2012, Zeeshan worked at Yadig as a Lead Software QA Engineer, where they tested the Yadig product on different browsers, gathered requirements, and maintained the release plan.

In 2012, Zeeshan joined IBM® as a Principal QA Engineer, where they led the SQA team responsible for testing IBM Product WebSphere Commerce. Zeeshan tested applications across multiple operating systems and browsers for GUI, functional, and scenario defects. Zeeshan also documented and executed test cases.

Since 2017, Zeeshan has been working at 360training as a Software QA Manager. In this role, they manage the QA team, provides leadership and guidance, and develops and implements test strategies and processes. Zeeshan leads test planning and execution for multiple software projects and ensures the delivery of high-quality software products.

Zeeshan Tariq completed their education in a chronological manner. Zeeshan attended Oxford High School from 1999 to 2000, where they earned a degree in HSC with a field of study in Computer Science. Zeeshan then attended Gulshan College from 2001 to 2002, obtaining a degree in FSC with a field of study in Engineering. From 2002 to 2006, Zeeshan studied at Hamdard University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree with a field of study in Software Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Zeeshan Tariq also obtained several certifications.
